| Abstract: | El artículo desarrolla un marco histórico que profundiza en la gran riqueza patrimonial y artística del siglo XVIII. Se hace un recorrido por el interior de la Parroquia del Sagrario ubicada en la ciudad capital de Zacatecas. Para dar a conocer que, además de ser un importante espacio religioso, es un espacio arquitectónico cultural y exquisito. Se analiza el estilo de la retablística como soporte visual; asimismo, las narraciones visuales de la época virreinal en Zacatecas; además, se aportan elementos para una inédita explicación científica de algunos retablos dorados albergados, en el que fuera originalmente un templo jesuita del siglo XVIII. Se realiza un análisis formal iconográfico e iconológico revalorizando parte de la historia del arte local dentro del arte universal. |
| Description: | A historical frame that deepens in the heritage and artistic wealth of eighteen century, it is a journey through the interior of the Parish of the Tabernacle located in the capital city of Zacatecas. To make known that, in addition to being an important religious space, it is a cultural and exquisite architectural space. The style of the altarpiece is analyzed as visual support; also, the visual narrations of the viceregal period in Zacatecas; In addition, this article provides elements for an unpublished scientific explanation of some gilded altarpieces sheltered in what was originally a Jesuit temple of the eighteenth century. A formal iconographic and iconological analysis is carried out, revaluing part of the history of local art within universal art. |
