| dc.description | The disruptive trend framed by accelerated change in aspects such as the economy, technology, politics and the environment cannot ignore the effect on the current education sector. Students with innovative attitudes, management needs of their own time and with adaptive capacities that often exceed the teaching sector, is a condition that is becoming increasingly present in our institutions; in this sense, it is necessary to implement processes that promote knowledge, skills and attitudes that contribute to the updating and continuous training of our teachers. This paper, the process of implementation of the Moodle platform as a teaching strategy for teachers in the Academic Unit of Agronomy (UAA, for its acronym in Spanish) of the Universidad Autónoma de Zacatecas (UAZ) is described. Emphasizing the results of training and performance within the learning manager of academics and their incidence on the design of courses that promote meaningful learning in students. | dc.description.abstract | La tendencia disruptiva enmarcada por el cambio o revolución acelerada en aspectos como la economía, la tecnología, la política y el medioambiente no puede dejar de lado el efecto en el sector educativo actual. Alumnos con actitudes innovadoras, necesidades de gestión de su propio tiempo y con capacidades de adaptación que superan en muchas ocasiones al sector docente, es una condición que se hace cada vez más presente en nuestras instituciones; en este sentido, es necesaria la implementación de procesos que promuevan conocimientos, habilidades y actitudes que coadyuven a la actualización y formación continua de nuestros profesores. En el presente trabajo, se describe el proceso de implementación de la plataforma Moodle como estrategia de enseñanza en la Unidad Académica de Agronomía (UAA) de la Universidad Autónoma de Zacatecas (UAZ). Enfatiza en los resultados de la capacitación y desempeño dentro del gestor de aprendizaje de los académicos y su incidencia para el diseño de cursos que promuevan un aprendizaje significativo en los estudiantes. Utilizando un enfoque cuantitativo basado en las estadísticas proporcionadas por la plataforma durante el ciclo escolar 2018-2019, periodo en el que se realizaron acciones de capacitación intensiva al sector docente. | es_ES |
