| Abstract: | En este artículo se analizan las estrategias docentes para la educación a distancia del Programa Aprende en Casa I que desarrollaron profesores de nivel preescolar, primaria y secundaria en el estado de Zacatecas, tras la suspensión de las clases presenciales por la SEP el 23 de marzo de 2020, como medida sanitaria para prevenir los contagios del coronavirus. La educación a distancia y sus componentes básicos (alumnos, docentes, materiales, vías de comunicación e infraestructura) son el enfoque teórico del estudio, la metodología es de tipo cualitativo mediante un cuestionario aplicado en línea a 389 docentes al término del programa. Los resultados dejan ver los problemas de comunicación que enfrentaron los docentes y el nivel de participación del alumnado, mostrando que los objetivos de aprendizaje se alcanzaron parcialmente, debido a que un buen número carecen de las herramientas (internet y computadora) y habilidades digitales, además, resalta que pocos docentes hicieron uso de los programas televisivos que ofrecía el programa. |
| Description: | This article analyzes the teaching strategies for distance education of the Aprende en Casa I Program developed by preschool, primary and secondary teachers in the state of Zacatecas, after the suspension of face-to-face classes by the SEP on 23 March 2020, as a sanitary measure to prevent coronavirus infections. Distance education and its basic components(students, teachers, materials, communication channels and infrastructure) are the theoretical focus of the study, the methodology is qualitative through a questionnaire applied online to 389 teachers’ teachers at the end of the program. Theresults show the communication problems that the teachers faced and the level of participation of the students, showing thatthe learning objectives were partially achieved, due to the fact that a good number of them lacked the tools (internet and computer) and digital skills, it also highlights that few teachers made use of the television programs offered by the program. |
