dc.description | Se implementó un método simple y eficiente de dos etapas para la síntesis de 7-cloro-4-oxo-1,4-dihidro-1,8-naftiridin-3-carboxilato de etilo. Comparado con la reacción de Grohe-Heitzer reportada, el tiempo y los pasos de reacción se redujeron empleando irradiación de microondas. Este compuesto es un importante intermediario para la preparación de derivados de naftiridonas, los cuáles han recibido una considerable atención debido a su amplio espectro de actividad biológica. | es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | A simple and efficient two-step method was implemented for the synthesis of ethyl 7-chloro-4-oxo-1,4-dihydro-1,8-naphthyridine-3-carboxylate. Comparing with the reported Grohe-Heitzer reaction, the time and the reaction steps have been reduced using microwave irradiation. This compound is an important intermediate for the preparation of naphthyridone derivatives which have received significant attention due to their broad spectrum of biological activity. | es_ES |
