dc.descriptionThe purpose of this article is to show the result of an investigation that accounts for the characteristics adopted by the teaching activity, through the use of virtual platforms, in the law degree, of the Autonomous University of Zacatecas (UAZ), during the period of confinement caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. A quantitative, descriptive and cross-sectional design was applied. The required data was obtained through a survey, applied virtually through the Google platform, to 52 active teachers, in the referred academic program and who have given a course in virtual mode, during the August-December semester 2021. The most relevant results can be highlighted how surprising it was for teachers to have to migrate to a virtual system, to carry out their activity, using an unknown virtual-digital modality, as well as the need to strengthen, through institutional programs, their training to teach in virtual environments, considering alternative didactic-pedagogical aspects.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl propósito del presente artículo es mostrar el resultado de una investigación que da cuenta de las características que adoptó la actividad docente, a través del uso de plataformas virtuales, en la Licenciatura en Derecho, de la Universidad Autónoma de Zacatecas (UAZ), durante el periodo de confinamiento provocado por la pandemia de COVID-19. Se aplicó un diseño de tipo cuantitativo, descriptivo y transversal. Los datos requeridos se obtuvieron a través de una encuesta, aplicada de manera virtual a través de la plataforma de Google a 52 docentes en activo en el programa académico referido y que hayan dado curso en modalidad virtual, durante el semestre agosto-diciembre de 2021. Se pueden resaltar como resultados más relevantes lo sorpresivo que fue para los docentes tener que emigrar a un sistema virtual para realizar su actividad, utilizando una modalidad virtual-digital desconocida, con un respaldo y seguimiento institucional limitado. Además, destaca la necesidad de fortalecer, a través de programas institucionales, su capacitación para ejercer la docencia en entornos virtuales, considerando aspectos didáctico-pedagógicos alternativos.es_ES
