| Abstract: | Para entender el proceso de la inclusión como enfoque político, para el desarrollo humano y política educativa, es necesario conocer la trayectoria que ha tenido esta propuesta desde los organismos internacionales y, en México, desde una perspectiva retrospectiva al siglo XX hasta la actualidad, a través de la revisión de reformas y programas educativos. En esta revisión general, se hace énfasis en las características de este proceso, con el objetivo de analizar los principios de la educación inclusiva en la educación primaria en México, así como, los retos que han surgido y las estrategias necesarias, para lograr la construcción de culturas y prácticas inclusivas, donde se garantice el acceso, la permanencia, el aprendizaje y la participación real de todas y todos los alumnos. |
| Description: | To understand the process of inclusion as a political approach, for the human development and educational policy, it is necessary to know the trajectory that has had this proposal from international organizations and, in Mexico, from a retrospective perspective to the twentieth century to the currently, through the review of reforms and educational programs. In this general review, emphasis is placed on the characteristics of this process, with the aim of analyzing the principles of inclusive education in primary education in Mexico, as well as the challenges that have emerged and the necessary strategies, to achieve the construction of cultures and inclusive practices, where access, permanence, the learning and real participation of all students. |
