Description: | This essay is about to analyze the historical development of the feminist struggle in Mexico in the 20th and 21st centuries, based on the studies of the authors Patricia Galeana, Martha Eva Rocha Islas, Ana Lau Jaiven, Dora Barrancos, Enriqueta Tuñón, Estela Serret, Marta Lamas and Sara Sefchovich, taking as central themes women's suffrage, decriminalization of abortion and gender violence, in order to argue the importance of feminism in Mexico. |
