| Abstract: | El presente trabajo centra su atención en el análisis de las prácticas de género que se han realizado en la Maestría en Educación y Desarrollo Profesional, de la Universidad Autónoma de Zacatecas, desde el 2018 que dicho Posgrado abrió sus puertas a docentes en activo, particularmente de educación básica o, a quienes aspiran a incorporarse al quehacer educativo desde distintas disciplinas. De esta forma, el estudio que se plantea tiene que ver con los contenidos curriculares en dicho posgrado profesionalizante, considerando la importancia de la perspectiva de género como eje esencial en la formación educativa de las personas; en aras de incidir en la deconstrucción de problemáticas que actualmente definen la realidad nacional, como la violencia de género; a la par que, contribuir en la edificación de la igualdad y equidad entre hombres y mujeres, por lo que la investigación también muestra los resultados obtenidos, experiencias de aprendizaje y desafíos. |
| Description: | The present work focuses its attention on the analysis of gender practices that have been carried out in the Master's Degree in Education and Professional Development, of the Autonomous University of Zacatecas, since 2018, when said Postgraduate course opened its doors to active teachers, particularly from basic education or, to those who aspire to join the educational task from different disciplines. In this way, the study that is proposed has to do with the curricular contents in said professionalizing postgraduate, considering the importance of the gender perspective as an essential axis in the educational formation of people; in order to influence the deconstruction of problems that currently define the national reality, such as gender violence; at the same time, contribute to the construction of equality and equity between men and women, so the research also shows the results obtained, learning experiences and challenges. |
