dc.descriptionThis chapter has as its object of study the Master's Degree in Education and Professional Teacher Development, postgraduate from the Autonomous University of Zacatecas that opened in 2018. The analysis refers to the path that the teaching group of this professionalizing master's degree made for their admission to the PNPC of CONACYT (now the National Postgraduate System), hand in hand with the strengths and areas of opportunity that define it. Likewise, its social relevance is considered, based on the curricular project that supports it and the performance of the students in terms of a social impact.en_US
dc.description.abstractEste capítulo tiene como objeto de estudio la Maestría en Educación y Desarrollo Profesional Docente, posgrado de la Universidad Autónoma de Zacatecas que tuvo su apertura en el 2018. El análisis refiere el trayecto que realizó el colectivo docente de esta maestría profesionalizante para su ingreso al PNPC del CONACYT (ahora Sistema Nacional de Posgrados), de la mano de las fortalezas y áreas de oportunidad que le definen. Asimismo, se considera su pertinencia social, con base en el proyecto curricular que le sustenta y la actuación del alumnado en términos de un impacto social.en_US
