dc.descriptionThe objective of this research was to identify areas of opportunity for the mainstreaming of the gender perspective in the Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition at the Autonomous University of Zacatecas. A descriptive research was carried out with a case study design; A data collection instrument was applied to a sample of students, teachers and administrative staff of the Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition at the UAZ. Likewise, semi-structured interviews were conducted with educational authorities of this academic program.en_US
dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de esta investigación fue identificar las áreas de oportunidad para la transversalización de la perspectiva de género en la Licenciatura en Nutrición de la Universidad Autónoma de Zacatecas. Se realizó una investigación descriptiva con un diseño de estudio de caso; se aplicó un instrumento de recolección de datos a una muestra de alumnas, alumnos, docentes y personal administrativo de la Licenciatura en Nutrición de la UAZ, asimismo, se realizaron entrevistas dirigidas semiestructuradas a autoridades educativas de este programa académico.en_US
