dc.description.abstractEste artículo forma parte de un conjunto de documentos que sintetizan y analizan el Marco Jurídico e Institucional Anticorrupción, con el objetivo de crear un material didáctico conciso y actualizado que pueda usarse en el aula y también como marco de referencia para investigaciones profundas y focalizadas. En esta ocasión, esta serie de trabajos comenzará, con ámbito internacional. En esta entrega se dará cuenta de los principales tratados internacionales sobre el tema y también, de acuerdo a la metodología propuesta por las Naciones Unidas, cada una de las acciones que el marco internacional ordena y recomienda a los estados partes para que armonizar e implementar en su propio marco jurídico y marco internacional.en_US
