| Abstract: | El capítulo considera un marco introductorio, en términos de retomar referentes puntuales de la perspectiva de género y algunos antecedentes sobre las organizaciones de mujeres en Zacatecas, en aras de visibilizar los sesgos de género y su incidencia en el techo de cristal, para así plantear un análisis del SPAUAZ desde un lente de género, en el que se da cuenta en términos cuantitativos y cualitativos de la presencia de mujeres en dicho Sindicato, desde su creación en 1975 y hasta la actualidad. |
| Description: | The chapter considers an introductory framework, in terms of resuming specific references from the gender perspective and some background on women's organizations in Zacatecas, in order to make visible the gender biases and their impact on the glass ceiling, in order to propose an analysis of the SPAUAZ from a gender lens, in which the presence of women in said Union is reported in quantitative and qualitative terms, since its creation in 1975 until today. |
