| Description: | Literature and cinema share common elements, aspects, and audiences. Filmography is now almost as extensive as literature, and literary adaptations for the screen continue to be a source of inspiration for cinema. The two arts “share the structure of the plot”1; however, they should not be seen as an extension of one or the other expression, as they are two different languages with certain intersections in common that, although they are interrelated, do not adhere to each other. |
