dc.descriptionThis research aims to analyze management in Upper Secondary Education, focusing on the effectiveness of school leaders and their impact on schools' academic performance indicators. The findings within the CECyTEZ subsystem, obtained through a mixed-methodology, show that seniority or professional profile alone are insufficient; rather, school leadership must be exercised with a critical vision, collaboration, and commitment. Consequently, a training protocol is proposed to strengthen leadership competencies aligned with the New Mexican School, with the purpose of contributing to the construction of an institutional leadership profile.en_US
dc.description.abstractEsta investigación tiene por objetivo analizar la gestión en Educación Media Superior, enfocándose en la eficacia de las figuras directivas y su impacto en los indicadores de desempeño académico de las escuelas. Los hallazgos en el subsistema CECyTEZ, obtenidos a través de una metodología mixta, muestran que no basta la antigüedad o el perfil profesional, sino que el liderazgo directivo se ejerza con visión crítica, colaboración y compromiso, por lo que se propone un protocolo de capacitación para fortalecer competencias directivas alineadas con la Nueva Escuela Mexicana, con la finalidad de coadyuvar a la construcción de un perfil directivo institucional.en_US
