| Abstract: | En el presente trabajo se hace una breve revisión de algunas ideas y estudios hechos en el contexto directo e indirecto del Reglamento... Después se realiza una crítica a algunos de sus artículos para buscar en ellos los resquicios que pudieron permitir el comercio irregular. Por último, se hace un análisis al interior del texto del arancel primero del reglamento para hacer comparaciones numéricas que permitan corroborar la tesis planteada. No se deja de lado la importante base y los argumentos inherentes del Derecho en cuanto a los orígenes jurídicos y regulaciones del Reglamento…, desde pragmáticas, legislaciones, decretos, cédulas reales y la Recopilación de Leyes de los Reinos de Indias, de 1680. |
| Description: | In the present work, a brief review is made of some ideas and studies carried out in the direct and indirect context of the Reglamento... Afterwards, a critique is made of some of its articles to search for loopholes that could have allowed irregular trade. Finally, an analysis is carried out within the text of the first tariff of the regulation to make numerical comparisons that allow corroboration of the proposed thesis. The important basis and inherent arguments of the Law are not left aside regarding the legal origins and regulations of the Reglamento..., from pragmatics, legislations, decrees, royal decrees and, above all, the Recopilación de Leyes de los Reinos de Indias, from 1680. |
