| Abstract: | La migración de retorno se mantiene como un tema poco explorado que pone en evidencia los múltiples factores que se involucran en esta experiencia, así como los principales problemas a los que se enfrenta los migrantes en materia de salud y trabajo. En este proceso no sólo transitan individuos sino también bienes, conocimientos y enfermedades, por tal motivo se requieren análisis integrales que lo contemplen en términos más amplios y no sólo de tipo físico. Existen en estas personas necesidades sanitarias que no siempre se atienden de forma adecuada, debido a aspectos de inequidad, falta de cohesión e integración sociales, factores que se involucran en la desatención y propagación de enfermedades; en su desplazamiento se enfrentan a importantes desigualdades no sólo en materia de salud, sino en empleo, educación y redes de asistencia social. |
| Description: | Return migration remains a little explored topic that brings out the multiple factors involved in this experience, as well as the main problems that facing migrants in health and work. In this process not only individuals are mobilizing but also transiting goods, knowledge and disease, for this reason comprehensive analyzes are required that consider it in broader terms and not just those of physical type. Health needs are not always properly dealt to them, due to bearings of inequity, lack of cohesion and social integration,factors involved in the inattention and spread of disease; in their displacement faces significant disparities not only in health but in employment, education and social safety nets |
