| dc.description | This article is an abstract of the paper presented at the First National Congress of Comprehensive Constitutional Reform, which took effect in his first inaugural stage under the title of «Proposals and debate on the first title of the Constitution», framed the auditorium stage «Magdaleno Varela Lujan» of our academic unit. In february 2010 began to consider the full Congress, the importance of creating a body to monitor compliance of the Constitution, if it is true that our constitution–depth analysis of particular importance, we should not forget that the focus for the full development and the proposal and especially the dogmatic part which is the objective of this forum, the need to protect the cons-titution which is based on the reality of social life, and we must not forget which is governed by the right dynamics. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Este artículo es un abstracto de la ponencia presentada en el Primer Congreso Nacional de Reforma Constitucional Integral, que se efectuó en su etapa inaugural bajo el título de «Propuestas y debate sobre el título primero de la Constitución», teniendo como marco el auditorio Magdaleno Varela Luján de nuestra unidad académica. En febrero de 2010 se puso a consideración al pleno del congreso la necesidad de la creación de un organismo que vigilara el cumplimiento de la Carta Magna. El análisis profundo de la Constitución reviste especial importancia, pues no debe olvidarse que la atención presta da para el desarrollo pleno, la propuesta y máxime de la parte dogmática, que es el objetivo de este foro, busca protegerla sin olvidar que es regulada en su dinámica por el Derecho. | es_ES |
