| Abstract: | El derecho, como todas las ciencias, viene sufriendo en los últimos años una extraordinaria evolución a causa de la introducción de la informática a las ciencias y la adopción de los medios electrónicos de reciente invención, por tal motivo el siglo pasado se podría considerar como el siglo de las computadoras. Sus últimos años y los inicios del siglo XXI pueden llamarse de la cultura cibernética, en un sentido de sumisión más que de dominación sobre ella. |
| Description: | The law as all sciences has suffered in recent years, an amazing development, because of the introduction of computers in science and the adoption of electronic media of recent invention, for this reason the last century could be considered as the century of computers. His last years and the beginning of this century may be called cyber–culture, in a sense of submission to it than to dominate it. |
