| dc.description | This research was carried out with the purpose of knowing how the intellectual Capital of the small and medium enterprises of the State of Aguascalientes is formed and analyzing how the economic sector belongs inferred in the measurement of this. A previously validated survey on a sample of 380 economic units was applied. Relational capital as elements of intellectual capital refers to the assets that are in the company is the best assessed by directors or managers. It visualize a slight difference between the evaluation given to each of the elements of the intellectual capital, being for the human capital, the sector of the services the best evaluated. | dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se realizó con el propósito de conocer como está conformado el Capital Intelectual de las pequeñas y medianas empresas del estado de Aguascalientes y analizar como el sector económico perteneciente infiere en la medición de este. Se aplicó una encuesta previamente validad sobre una muestra de 380 unidades económicas. El capital relacional como elementos del Capital Intelectual se refiere a los activos que se encuentran en la empresa es el mejor evaluado por parte de directores o gerentes. Se visibiliza una ligera diferencia entre la evaluación otorgada a cada uno de los elementos del Capital Intelectual, siendo para el Capital Humano, el sector de los servicios el mejor evaluado.
