| Abstract: | La expresión “actos sexuales” en la norma penal Iberoamericana, abrió una discusión en cuan-to a su significado que no parece terminar ante lo heterogéneo de la normatividad que la contiene. En este artículo se analiza en particular la norma penal zacatecana que contiene la expresión -delito de Abuso Sexual-, resaltándose la parte relativa al elemento subjetivo del injusto, la intención del activo del delito. |
| Description: | The term “sexual acts” in the Ibero-American penal norm opened a discussion as to meaning that doesn’t seem to end with the heterogeneity of the normativity that contains it. In this article analyze in particular the zacatecan penal norm that contains the expression -Sexual Abuse cri-me-, highlighting the part concerning the subjective element of the unjust, the intention to crime active subject. |
