| Abstract: | La necesidad de capacitar a los docentes frente a la actual situación que se vive a nivel internacional debe ser una prioridad, por lo que es importante asegurar que el aprendizaje no se detenga. Con esto, los profesores se enfrentan a grandes retos, entre ellos se puede destacar que existe la creencia de que los maestros con mayor edad tienen problemas para adquirir conocimientos sobre el uso de las tecnologías. Por lo que las autoridades de la Universidad Tecnológica del Estado de Zacatecas (UTZAC), busca ron los mecanismos para que desarrollen sus competencias digitales, y de esta forma diversificar la forma de compartir el conocimiento de sus asignaturas por medio de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación (TIC). Se impartieron capacitaciones sobre uso de herramientas digitales, por maestros que forman parte de la Sub-coordinación de Educación a Distancia y de la Maestría en Tecnología Informática Educativa (MTIE) de la Universidad Autónoma de Zacatecas (UAZ) durante el mes de mayo del 2020. Al finalizar dicha capacitación, se aplicó un cuestionario a 74 maestros de la UTZAC que tomaron el curso, instrumento compuesto por 45 ítems que se relacionan con el uso de las tecnologías. Del total se eligieron 7 variables para realizar la presente investigación y se construyeron dos hipótesis, una nula y una alterna, para confirmar o rechazar se aplicó una prueba ANOVA F, por lo que se estableció que la edad de los docentes que tomaron el curso no determina su capacidad para desarrollar conocimientos sobre las TIC. |
| Description: | The need to train teachers in the current international situation must be a priority, and it is important to ensure that learning does not stop. With this, teachers face great challenges, among them, it can be highlighted that there is a belief that older teachers have problems in acquiring knowledge about the use of technologies. For this reason, the authorities of the Technological University of the State of Zacatecas (UTZAC) sought mechanisms for them to develop their digital competences, and in this way diversify the way they share the knowledge of their subjects through Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). Training on the use of digital tools was given by teachers who are part of the Sub-coordination of Distance Education and the Master's Degree in Educational Information Technology (MTIE) of the Autonomous University of Zacatecas (UAZ) during the month of May 2020. At the end of the training, a questionnaire was applied to 74 UTZAC teachers who took the course, an instrument composed of 45 items related to the use of technologies. Of the total, 7 variables were chosen for this research and two hypotheses were constructed, one null and one alternative, to confirm or reject an ANOVA F test was applied, so it was established that the age of the teachers who took the course does not determine their ability to develop knowledge about ICT. |
