| Abstract: | Este artículo forma parte de un conjunto de documentos que sintetizan y analizan el Marco Jurídico e Institucional Anticorrupción, con el objetivo de crear un material didáctico conciso y actualizado que pueda usarse en el aula y también como marco de referencia para investigaciones profundas y focalizadas. En esta ocasión, esta serie de trabajos comenzará, con ámbito internacional. En esta entrega se dará cuenta de los principales tratados internacionales sobre el tema y también, de acuerdo a la metodología propuesta por las Naciones Unidas, cada una de las acciones que el marco internacional ordena y recomienda a los estados partes para que armonizar e implementar en su propio marco jurídico y marco internacional. |
| Description: | This article is part of a set of documents that synthesize and analyze the Anti- Corruption Legal and Institutional Framework, with the aim of creating a concise and updated didactic material that can be used in the classroom and also as a frame of reference for deep and focused. On this occasion, this series of works will begin, with an international scope. In this installment, you will be aware of the main International treaties on the subject and also, according to the methodology proposed by the United Nations, each of the actions that the international framework orders and recommends to the states parties to harmonize and implement in your own legal framework and international framework. |
